Q. Where is my money going? What is it being used for?
Along with making sure our 27 contributors are properly compensated for their time, talent, and efforts, sale profits also go towards covering the costs of creating this zine, which include:

Q. Will you ship internationally?
Yes, however due to prior issues with shipping and excess customs fees, we will not be accepting physical orders from the UK or Germany. Please read through our Terms & Conditions page to read more about our shipping policies.
For buyers outside the United States and Puerto Rico: Import duties, VAT, taxes, and other associated charges are NOT included in the item’s price or shipping cost and are solely the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country’s customs to determine any additional costs prior to purchasing.
Q. Will you ship to my country?
Before purchasing, be sure to review all International Service disruptions on the USPS website here. Due to prior issues with shipping and excess customs fees, we will not be accepting physical orders from the UK or Germany.
Shipping will not be available to certain areas due to USPS suspensions and other reasons.
Q. When will I receive my order?
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. Any delays will be communicated through our social media accounts.
Q. Can I modify/cancel my order?
Cancellations and order changes can be made up to 24 hours after an order is placed. Contact us with your name and order number if you’d like to refund or modify your order. Full refunds may not be possible due to Paypal’s processing fees - please double check before placing an order.

Q. My address changed! Can I update my shipping information?
You have 24 hours after placing your order to update your shipping address. When contacting us, please remember to include your order number, the name the order is under, and your new address.
We are not liable for any misdelivered packages due to failure to update address changes, or if the incorrect address was given to us by the customer. If such packages are returned to us by the postal service, the customer is responsible for the cost of redelivery.
