DISCLAIMER

Thieves is an unofficial fan anthology featuring characters, concepts, and settings from Kazuki Takahashi’s Yu-Gi-Oh! manga, as well as its anime adaptation, Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters. This zine and all accompanying merch are not affiliated, nor endorsed by Shueisha or Konami.

The zine is for-profit and all remaining proceeds after production and shipping will be divided between the contributors of the zine.

STORE POLICY

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and will abide by all terms in this store policy.

GENERAL

  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be process and shipped. Any delays will be communicated through our social media. 
  • Resale and unauthorized digital or physical redistribution of zine content and merchandise is strictly prohibited.

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

  • Refunds and order modifications can be requested up to 24 hours after an order is placed. Please email us at BKMRzine[@]gmail[.]com with your name and order number if you’d like to refund or modify your order. Full refunds may not be possible due to Paypal’s processing fees - please double check before placing an order.
  • After packages have shipped, refunds and replacement items will only be processed if the error was made on our end and/or if replacement stock is available. Please contact us within three days of receipt if there are any issues with your order.

    Examples of sender error include:
    • The address on the shipping label does not match what was provided by the customer. 
    • Incorrect or missing items that differ from what was ordered. Photographic or video proof of the items and mailer will be required.
  • Packages returned to sender due to customer negligence (wrong address given, customer did not notify us of the change in address, failure to pick up the package, etc.) will not be reshipped unless the buyer pays for redelivery.
  • Items will be securely packaged in a bubble mailer. We are not liable for damage during shipping. We are not liable for any loss or damages caused by external parties/couriers during or after the shipping process.
  • We are not liable for stolen packages during shipping, transit, and handling. If stock permits, orders can be reshipped upon repeat purchase.
  • In all cases, refunds and replacements will be accepted or denied at the mod team’s discretion. We will not be accepting returns.

SHIPPING, TAXATION & CUSTOMS

  • Thieves will be shipped from the United States (USA orders) and Mexico (international orders). All physical orders will include tracking when permitted. Please keep in mind that international shipments are only partially tracked and updates may stop after the package leaves the sender’s country. It’s the buyer's responsibility to monitor packages using the provided tracking number and to reach out to their carrier service for any questions.
  • For buyers outside the United States and Puerto Rico: Import duties, VAT, taxes, and other associated charges are NOT included in the item’s price or shipping cost and are solely the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country’s customs to determine any additional costs prior to purchasing. Due to prior issues with shipping and excess customs fees, we will not accept physical orders from the UK or Germany.
  • Before purchasing, be sure to review all International Service disruptions on the USPS website here. 
  • Shipping will not be available to certain areas due to USPS suspensions and other reasons.

SHIPPING DETAILS & ADDRESS CHANGES

  • Updates to shipping address can be made up to 24 hours after an order is placed. When contacting us, please remember to include your order number, the name the order is under, and your new address.
  • We are not liable for any misdelivered packages due to failure to update address changes, or if the incorrect address was given to us by the customer. If such packages are returned to us by the postal service, the customer is responsible for the cost of redelivery.

GROUP ORDERS

Any group orders for this zine are independently organized and not affiliated with Thieves or its mods unless otherwise stated. We are not liable for any issues or errors made by the group order organizer.
